while the trees were being removed....

I decided to make myself useful and not with cleaning.

Addy needed a new dress for St. Patricks Day, which is HUGE in Savannah, the 2nd biggest parade in the US. Crazy.

And so I decided to try my hand at shirring, wasn't so hard. Andy even went to Hancock to buy the elastic thread and didn't complain!

It went so easy that I am considering a dress for myself, if I can find fabric. Guess that means another trip to the fabric store!

Of course I finished it tonight while everyone was asleep so I can't try it on her until tomorrow. Story of my life.
