We took the kids out to the University of Georgia's Marine Extension out on Skidaway Island this weekend. While Andy and I were not impressed by the aquarium (hello we grew up in Ft worth/Dallas) the kids loved it!
It was small enough to hold the kids attention, but large enough to have a variety of tanks and fish.
Jake loved to point out the fishy's and well Addy liked to run up and down the stairs.
But the facility backs up to Wilmington river and had a lot of picnic areas underneath the Spanish moss. Bet its freaky at night!
Maybe we will go back, the kids were free and it only cost us $4 to go in, but it is a ways out there.
