Nike+

If you haven't seen or tried the Nike+ and you like to run or walk, defiantly check it out. I got one at Christmas and have finally started using it consistently, it hooks up to Ipod Nano and another piece goes in the shoe and it will play music as well as track your pace, distance, time, calories and all your previous workouts.

The kids and I have been going on walks/runs one because it gets us out of the house and two, the weather is beautiful right now, mid 80's with a breeze. The kids love it, we stop at a park about half way through for them to play on the swings and for me to take a quick break and then we finish it up. Plus with all the work the are doing on post, there are plenty of trucks and people to see along the way.

I'd love to take the dogs along, but pushing a double jogging stroller plus 2 huge doggies sounds like a disaster waiting to happen. Texas is much happier hanging out in the backyard than being forced to exercise
