Bath time

Well we are home for the night, Addy and I are headed back to Montgomery to see Jake tomorrow. Mom is coming in and we are staying up there together, I'm sure us 3 girls will wreck Montgomery. And Andy will be a geo-bachelor since he has to go back to work tomorrow morning.

Addy can now enjoy bath time with daddy, Rebel and Texas. Andy takes his "job" seriously, he is really digging the fact that her umbilical cord bump thing has finally fallen off and can now give baths. Anyways, Addy seems to enjoy bath time, it doesn't bother her to have water in her face, she doesn't like it when its cold, but hey, who does?
Addy's 4-legged siblings, investigating this new thing (Rebel is really thinking, how do I get in the water??)
Jake is doing ok, doing great on bottles with plenty of poopy and wet diapers. The nurse tonight also agrees that there is something funky going on with the oxygen saturation machine, he was hanging out at 98% without oxygen (he pulls it off when he gets mad). If we hadn't seen the xrays we would have no clue that he is still experiencing some problems with his lungs. The doctor had to deliver a baby at another hospital so they have not been by to sign off on orders so the nurse can't tell us anything other than that there are some changes to his orders. So we keep waiting for the doctor to make it to room 4, he was in room 3 seeing the babies there about an hour ago. So if we can determine what in the world is going on with his machine, they have changed it out 3 times, but the kid still does better with no oxygen but with his xrays they want him on it, we will be good to go. Oh, and the feeding tube is out, so now he has just the nasal canula for the oxygen.Andy has jacked up his foot, the saturday before the kids were born, he went running and while running up and down a hill doing intervals, he started feeling what felt like a cramp and then as it got tighter, he heard a pop. Since then his foot has been swollen on the bottom and top of the foot and he can't move his last 3 toes up, but can go down. At first we thought he tore a tendon or ligament, but its not getting better, so hes heading to sick call in the morning to get it checked out. He was going to go monday the 20th, but the kids made their surprise visit on the 19th and well he hasn't had a chance. So hopefully we will get some answers as to what is wrong with it tomorrow.

They are already looking bigger!!

I love that Andy loves bath time. It's Ben and Betsy's favorite time together.

I hope to hear good news soon about Jake coming home and Andy's foot feeling better!
